Prices Per Apartment

Times & duration:

Lettings generally run from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure, with weekend bookings arriving on Friday and departing on Sunday (2 nights), and week bookings, arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday (7 nights).

Please contact us if you require a holiday outside these days as we will try and accommodate your requests where possible.

Payment of rent:

The full rent is due with bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance. For all other bookings a 25% deposit will be required with final payment due 4 weeks in advance. On receipt of the final payment you will be sent directions and a key.

Security bond:

A security bond of £100 is required with the payment of rent. This will be returned on receipt of the key and providing there are no deductions to be made as a result of breakages or damage to the property.
